The moonbeams peaked through the overcast sky as the suburbs slept. Night time never guaranteed safety on these streets and tonight was no exception. It was the average mix of chaos and fear, hidden amongst the shadows and back alleys of an inner city ghetto. The government had forced many into hiding with their onslaught of the public.
